I am sorry to hear about the problems you have experienced. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. As for the flowered wallpaper, after checking your file, I found that there was our fault. I apologise for our error. We should replace it. You can visit our website www.cldesigngroup.com and click on the wallpaper designs and choose your wallpaper. Please call me ASAP to let me know which one you would like. Respecting the receptionist’s desk is in the wrong location, after referring to the original plan. I am afraid that we cannot relocate the desk for free because it was to be located on the left, next to the toilet in the relevant plan. Nevertheless, perhaps we could do it at half the usual price since you are a valued customer. As regards my secretary, Penny Chow, she could not make the appointment because I had been out of town then and I did not know when I would be back. However, I apologise again for Penny’s behaviour, I have talked to her about it and she will never behave like this.
